Frankie Keung Chi-ming is a cinematographer whose work includes Follow the Star (1978), directed by John Woo, and Tower of Death (1981), directed by Ng See-yuen. He has two directorial credits to his name, Without a Promised Land (1980), which he co-directed with Tung Lo and co-wrote the script with Ng, and Pandaland (1981). The earlier film, produced by Ng's Seasonal Film and a story about Vietnamese refugees, was banned in Hong Kong for the reason of endangering relationship with neighboring countries.
