Pasan Leung (aka Tony Leung Tung-hau and Anthony Leung) entered film in 1971, first as actor and martial arts performer. He became action choreographer in 1972, working with, among others, Alan Tang, on such films as The Rascal Billionaire (1978), Law Don (1979) and The Legal Illegals (1981).
Leung started directing with The Final Duel (1980), doubling as choreographer. In 1981, he formed Leung Brothers Film, directing Twins (1981, co-directed with Lam Yee-hung). He later directed and produced a series of films, including Trap (1982), Naughty Girls (1983) and Finger On Trigger (1984), which were products of Tung Ying Film, which Leung founded.
Leung left the film industry after producing Love in Sampan (1992) and Vietnamese Lady (1992).
